Ways to Register
On-Site
Registration and conference check-in hours will from 8:00-10:00 and again from 15:00-19:00 on Tuesday May 27th, and from Wednesday May 28th to Friday May 30th between 7:00 and 16:00. Conference registration will be located in the rotunda of the Nittany Lion Inn, adjacent to the hotel registration desk. The conference registration fee includes: all oral, poster, and plenary sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception on Tuesday, the public lecture on Wednesday, and the conference banquet Thursday evening.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations must be received at APS in writing by May 23, 2008 (registrar@aps.org). All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELING.
