Satellite Meetings

Satellite meetings are those sponsored by non-APS groups. A list of these meetings will be posted in early February.

Satellite Meeting Requests

Requests for satellite meetings must be submitted in writing to Terri Gaier in the APS Meetings Department by email or fax (301-209-0866) no later than January 19, 2009.

Request Must Include

• Name of the event
  
• Preferred date and time
  
• Attendance estimate
  
• Room set-up requirements
  
• Audio/visual requirements
  
• Food and beverage requirements
  

Request Reminders

• Request early!  Space is limited and will be allocated on a space-available basis.
• All non-APS satellite meeting requests are subject to approval by APS.
• All satellite meetings will be held in the headquarters hotel, Westin Convention Center Hotel.
