Exhibits

The annual exhibit show at the March Meeting will be held March 16-18, 2009. Exhibits are an important adjunct to the meeting, offering information on a wide variety of physics-related products and services, such as laser and optical component equipment, test and measurement equipment, scientific software, spectroscopy equipment, and much more. In addition, several publishers of science books and journals will be participating as exhibitors.

Exhibiting at the March Meeting

Exhibitor Prospectus will be available September 2008. If you have exhibited in the past you are already on our master mailing list and will automatically receive a prospectus in the mail.

Viewing Exhibits

The annual APS Exhibit Show will be held Monday through Wednesday, March 16-18, in the APS Lounge, which is in Exhibit Hall A. The exhibits are an important adjunct to the meeting, offering information on a wide variety of physics-related products and services. In addition, book and periodical publishers will be participating as exhibitors.

A wine and cheese reception will be held in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday. Plan to stop by to visit the exhibits, view the posters, and enjoy the refreshments.

NOTE: You must display your badge to be admitted to the exhibit hall.
